WISAL ID SERIES: TRADITIONAL RANGE

WISAL ID AM: Combination of modified starches with natural binders; medium - high viscosity compound size. One-shot product for Denim, but also for coarse yarn in towel manufacturing.

WISAL ID CYD(L): Combination of modified starch and synthetic binders with wax; medium viscosity compound size. One shot product for special Denim (slub yarn or recycled Denim).

WISAL ID CYD: Combination of modified starch and synthetic binders with wax; medium - low viscosity compound size. Special Denim, 100% cotton, hometextile, apparel.

WISAL ID E: Combination of synthetic binders, PVA with starch modified and wax; medium - low viscosity compound size. Cotton, T/R , T/C and PE, all kind of apparel, workwear, shirting, etc.

WISAL ID X: Combination of synthetic binders specific for polyester blends with modified starch and wax; medium - low viscosity compound size; special compound for polyester blends. T/R , T/C and PE, specific to improve PES 100% and PES blends.

WISAL NE SERIES: WATER-SOLUBLE – NON ENZYMATIC REMOVAL RANGE

WISAL ID NE(C): Combinations of high quality modified starch, synthetic binders, and wax; medium-low viscosity compound size. Cotton and viscose, all cellulosic fiber.

WISAL ID NE(B): Combinations of high quality modified starch, synthetic binders, and wax; medium-low viscosity compound size. Blended yarn (T/R, T/C).

WISAL ID NE(S): Combinations of high quality modified starch, synthetic binders, and wax; medium-low viscosity compound size. Synthetic Yarn (PE)

SPECIAL INNOVATIVE COMPOUNDS

WISAL R 100: Synthetic compound based on resin with high adhesive power to polyester fiber. Can be used to size 100% PES staple fiber, as it is or in combination with starches to reduce costs; better than PVA.

WISAL ID-R: Special PVA blend completely recyclable in reverse osmosis filtration plants. For medium to high counts, on 100% cotton or TT/R , T/C and PE.

WISAL DNM-S: Synthetic compound high yield for Denim , eliminated use of starch, gives soft hand and very easy to wash. Denim specialty, reduce a lot impact on wastewater treatment.

WISAL ID-PA: Polyacrylamide based powder to improve starch yield in sizing formulation. Starch improver and viscosity controller in formulation.

WISAL ID E PLUS: Combination of synthetic binders specific for polyester blends with good quality modified starch and wax. Good PVA replacer; medium - low viscosity compound size. For all polyester blends, improve weaving efficiency on modern weaving machines.

WISACRIL DEN: Liquid form polyacrylate, to improve starch performance, increase film plasticity and reduce dust formation, for Denim.

SIZING AGENTS FOR POLYESTER FILAMENT FDY and DTY yarn

WISESTER N 107: Polyester resin in granule form; sizing of PES filament, for water-jet and dry loom; low TG for high humidity climate.

WISESTER OH: Polyester resin liquid form easy use; sizing of PES filament, for water-jet and dry loom, low TG for high humidity climate , resistant to alkali washing.

WISACRIL ACF: Acrylic resin liquid for water-jet weaving; sizing for PES filament on water-jet loom.

WAXING AGENTS AND ADDITIVES

WISCO NP: Non paraffin sizing wax in flake form; sizing wax and after waxing for all staple fibers.

WISCO PT: Non paraffin sizing wax in paste form; sizing wax for all staple fibers.

WISCO NST: Warping oil and antistatic agent, liquid form; to be applied on warping operation, reduce static charge formation on all synthetic filament; for all staple and filaments.
