R&D Lab

The Research and Development Department for organic synthesis and formulation is strategically located in our HQ and coordinates all the local Labs in Turkey, Indonesia, the US, and China.

The R&D lab develops innovative and sustainable products based on renewable raw materials and optimizes the products within the range.

Together with the Sales & Marketing team, the R&D lab actively listens to the market and anticipates the customers' needs by synthesizing and formulating high-performing chemicals with our proprietary know-how and patents.

Through close cooperation with the Production and Product Stewardship departments, the R&D Lab ensures that products comply with all the rules concerning dangerous chemicals and drive the scale-up to the industrial level.

This cross-department workflow ensures a more efficient and performing outcome, with an improved environmental profile for our company and our customers.
