Source of data, kind of processing and purposes of processing
Giovanni Bozzetto S.p.A. (“Bozzetto” or the “Controller”) will process the personal data by automated and non-automated means granting the confidentiality and security of the data.
The personal data collected is only the data you voluntarily provide us by filling out this form, including name, last name, email address and telephone number, company name, country, position within the company.
The personal data is processed for the following purposes:
a) answering your requests for information and questions;
b) fostering our relationship by sending you our newsletters with respect information about new products, business lines, certifications obtained, success stories, events;
c) making market statistic research and evaluation with anonymized data;
Legal Basis for the Processing
a) The legal basis for the processing of the data for purposes under para. (a) above, is art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR because data are processed to address your questions and requests;
b) the legal basis for the processing of the data for purposes under para. (b) above, is art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR because you have provided your consent to the processing of your data for the specific purpose of receiving the newsletter;
c) the processing of the data for purposes under para. (c) above, can be performed because the data no longer identifies a natural person and therefore it does not fall within the definition of personal data pursuant to GDPR.
Categories of recipients of the personal data
In connection with the purposes stated above and for the limited time strictly necessary for the achievement of such purposes, data might be shared with:
a) persons which typically act as data processors pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR, and in particular: i) individuals, companies or advisors which provide consulting and legal assistance to the Controller; ii) persons in charge of the technical maintenance of the information technology system or that provide hosting services;
b) persons, governmental entity and authorities which the Controller is under a statutory obligation to provide the data to pursuant to law or court’s or authorities’ order;
c) the Controller representatives, which have been duly authorized pursuant to art. 29 of the GDPR, to the processing of the personal data, only to the extent required for the purposes stated above, and who undertake to keep the data strictly confidential;
d) companies of Bozzetto Group;
Data Subject rights
In accordance with Chapter III of the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, to object to the processing pursuant to art. 21 of the GDPR, to restrict the processing pursuant to art. 18 of the GDPR if technically possible, to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to a Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format in the cases provided for under art. 20 of the GDPR.
Your rights can be exercised by sending a written request to the Controller at the address indicated under art. 7 below. Your request will be processed by the Controller in a timely manner.
Please note that you can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter or sending an email to the Controller.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in case of illegitimate data processing.
The personal data processed for the purposes provided above will be retained until you unsubscribe to our newsletter or request to cancel your data.
