Position overview
The candidate will be responsible for marketing strategy, sales forecast reports, sales pipeline, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction, combining technical expertise with strategic sales skills.Our HI+I Chemicals Regional Manager will have an hybrid job and will report directly to the Bozzetto Inc. Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs, present technical and customized solutions, and build long-term business relationships with mid-size HI+I co-producers and manufacturers,
- Develop a dedicated client portfolio and manage it from pre-sale to post-sale as the main contact person, cooperating with all necessary company functions to achieve both customer and company satisfaction,
- Act as link between customers ,R&D and Supply Chain (production, planning and purchase) on new/current products development, guiding the process from sample through trial to production order,
- Troubleshooting: management of significant customer quality issues with analysis of the possible causes and proposal of technical solutions,
- Attendance to exhibitions, visit costumers and join visits with distributors,
- Share and monitor marketing strategies to foster the growth of the business,
- Train customers and partners on product use, benefits, and proper integration into their processes,
- Introduce and track KPIs to validate the effectiveness of current/new products.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience of the relevant industry, market and sales,
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or equivalent education in related fields,
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (technical and commercial),
- Negotiation, problem-solving and solution selling skills,
- High proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Word, Web tools),
- Willingness to travel (up to 30-40 %).
