Privacy Policy Newsletter

Bozzetto Group newsletter is sent by e-mail to those who request it.

The data provided will be used through automated IT systems for the only purpose of providing the requested newsletter service and, for this reason, they will be stored exclusively until the service is active. In addition to the data provided, we may collect data through newsletter management services, which use so-called beacons, small images used to monitor user activity for email tracking purposes (e.g. email opening, clicking on certain links by the recipient).

The legal basis for the processing of data is to be found in article 6 (1)(a) ([…] the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;) of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter the "GDPR"), therefore, by providing your contact details you consent to their use for sending newsletters according to the methods described herein, including the use of tracking systems connected to list management services, used for this purpose by the Controller.").

The data controller is Giovanni Bozzetto S.p.A. (the “Data Controller”), with registered office at Provinciale Street 12, 24040 Filago (Bg), email: privacy@bozzetto.it.

The data will be processed exclusively by employees and contractors of the Data Controller or of the companies expressly appointed as data processors, in connection with the provision of certain services (for example for technological site maintenance).

The data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for by the GDPR, the access to personal data and the amendment or the deletion of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to object the processing (articles 15 e ss. of the GDPR). The request can be made to the Data Controller by sending an email to the following address privacy@bozzetto.it, without any formality. The Data Controller will reply without delay.

In addition, data subjects have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, according to art. 77 of the GDPR, or a claim before the competent courts (art. 79 of the GDPR), if the processing of their own personal data is in violation of the GDPR.
