Notice regarding the treatment of personal data in compliance with Law Decree 196/03.
Pursuant to article 13 of Law Decree 196/03, regarding the protection of personal data, please find below the rules that apply regarding the treatment of your personal data by Giovanni Bozzetto S.p.A., for the purposes of supplying the services requested.
1) The personal data supplied by you when registering for the Giovanni Bozzetto S.p.A. services, or subsequently collected during the use of said services, will be processed for the following purposes: supplying the information / services requested.
Said data will be processed by the Owner Giovanni Bozzetto S.p.A., for the same purposes and with the aid of IT, telematic and paper instruments. The data contained in the Database will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties, but may be used by the Supervisors appointed by the Owner to the fulfilment of the purposes stated in point 1).
Provision of personal data is compulsory in order to fulfil the above purposes. Not providing said data, or providing partial or inaccurate information, could result in the impossibility of providing the services requested.
2) Subject to your express consent, and until the revocation of same, your personal data may be processed directly – also through one or more remote communication technologies (e-mail, telephone) – for purposes not strictly connected with the supply of the services requested, i.e. for:
a) communicating initiatives and services,
b) statistical and market studies and researches.
Consent for the data processing methods and purposes outlined in paragraph 2) above is not compulsory. In the event of refusing consent, Giovanni Bozzetto S.p.A. will process your data solely for the purposes set out in paragraph 1) above.
The data processing described in paragraphs 1) and 2) may be carried out by means of paper or IT/telematic media, and in any case by applying methods and procedures that guarantee its compliance with relevant in-force regulations.
Within Giovanni Bozzetto S.p.A., your personal data will be processed by employees operating under the direct authority of the Owner of the treatment. They have been appointed Processing Supervisors and have received suitable operational instructions in this regard.
All Supervisors appointed will receive suitable operational instructions, with particular reference to the adoption of minimum safety measures, in order to guarantee the confidentiality and safety of all data.
With regard to the treatment of personal data, you may exercise directly, at any time, the rights as per article 7 of Law Decree 196/03, transcribed below for your records, by writing to:

"Article 7 – The right to access personal data and other rights
1.The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data relating to him, including data that has not yet been registered. It is likewise his right that said data should be communicated to him in a clear fashion.
2.The interested party has the right to obtain information regarding:
a) the source of any personal data;
b) the processing purposes and methods;
c) the procedure applied in the event of electronic processing;
d) details of identification relating to the holder, managers and appointed representative in Italy, where provided for;
e) the parties and categories of parties to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become acquainted with said data, in their capacity as appointed representatives in Italy, managers or supervisors.
3. The interested party has the right to:
a) ensure said data is updated, amended and, where relevant, completed;
b) ensure that any data treated in violation of the law be cancelled, made anonymous or blocked. Said data may include any information which no longer needs to be preserved for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
c) receive confirmation that the operations as at letters a) and b) have been made known, also as regards their content, to those parties to whom the data has been communicated or disclosed, except in cases where this is impossible or requires the use of means that are clearly incommensurate with the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to oppose, either in full or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, the treatment of personal data relating to him, even though relevant to the purposes for which it was collected;
b) the treatment of personal data relating to him for the purposes of forwarding commercial communications.
The above rights may be exercise directly or by conferring delegations or proxies, in writing, to individuals or associations."
