Reach

For the structure of the Group, Bozzetto is constituted by five different European Legal Entity:

• Giovanni Bozzetto S.p.A.
• Brede s.r.l.
• Bozzetto GmbH
• Bozzetto S.A.
• Bozzetto Polska

All these companies have to follow REACH rules, for this reason the items managed by the companies have been analysed.

The remaining other subsidiaries,

• Bozzetto China
• Bozzetto Inc.
• Bozzetto Indonesia
• Bozzetto Kimya

Have no direct contact with European customers but anyway following the suggestion of REACH Regulation a Only Representative Agreement has been signed between the subsidiary and the mother company (Giovanni Bozzetto S.p.a.) so to have the possibility to manage future situations.
