Permulsin PDE is a leveling/dispersing agent specific for all dyeing processes of polyester fibers and blends in very critical conditions.
In certain difficult conditions, such as the dyeing of big size cone yarn or heavy close texture woven fabrics, or when employing dyestuffs with very low migration properties, the normal leveling agents are not able to ensure the best result, with high risk obtaining uneven dyed goods. As consequence of this we developed a new item having very high migrating performances for the HT dyeing of polyester fibers in critical situations.
Main advantages of PERMULSIN PDE :
- Outstanding leveling-migrating properties able to confer even dyeing in all the critical conditions such as big size high density yarn packages, close texture and heavy fabrics, big molecule disperse dyes employed obtaining high fastness values.
- The product offers an optimal cost/yield ratio, in most cases 1,0-2,0% o.w.f. PERMULSIN PDE are sufficient to confer perfectly leveled dyed goods.
- It helps in the dispersion of disperse dyestuffs and the emulsifying/detergent properties facilitates the removal and suspending of spin finish, coning oils and oligomers.
- Compatible also with alkaline dyeing and also with vat and direct dyes, therefore suitable for the dyeing of polyester/cellulosic blends.
- The product does not contain “carriers” and does not develop bad smell.
- Environmental friendly, it is highly biodegradable.
- It is available also the concentrated formulation PERMULSIN PDE Conc. giving alternative price solutions according to the different market conditions. (1 part of Permulsin PDE Conc. ≈ 2 parts Permulsin PDE).
